BURTON CHACE PARK
This beautiful 10-acre park is a crown jewel of the Marina. Jutting out into the main channel, it offers one of the best vista points, and it is perfect for a morning jog, leisurely picnic or family BBQ. It’s also a great place to just sit back and watch the sunset.
Burton W. Chace Park is host to numerous year-round events. The park offers a multi-purpose room, picnic tables, barbecues, pergolas, picnic shelters, outdoor programs, great harbor viewing areas, and guest docks. The park is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Neighborhood Game Night at Burton Chace Park
Join us every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for an evening of fun, friendly competition, and community at Burton Chace Park!
Whether you’re a seasoned strategist or just looking for a relaxing way to connect with others, there’s a game for everyone. Play Magic: The Gathering, challenge a friend to chess, enjoy a round of Rummikub, or bring your favorite board game to share with others.

YOGA WITH DAVID LILLY - FREE
Learn the fundamentals of yoga with Instructor David Lilly in a friendly and supportive environment. The program is aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
BURTON CHACE PARK WALKING CLUB
Looking for a new way to exercise? Join the Department’s weekly walking group to increase your heart rate and daily step count while taking in beautiful views of the Marina del Rey harbor.
SANDY BRUSHES: DRAWING & PAINTING CLASS
The Department offers a free drawing and watercolor art class for beginners (ages 14 years and older). Classes are limited to 15 people and supplies are provided.

Marina Movie Nights
Join us Saturday nights for free outdoor movie screenings by the water, under a canopy of stars!
Movies begin at 8:00 PM. Bring a blanket, grab a cozy layer, and settle in for a memorable evening of cinema, fresh air, and waterfront marina views.
Dance MDR
Join us every Friday night in September for Dance MDR at Burton Chace Park. Bring your friends, family, or come solo to learn some new dance moves and groove to different genres of music.

RENT OUR FACILITIES
The multi-purpose community room, park grounds, pergolas, and picnic shelters with barbecues are available for meetings or social gatherings such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, baby showers and more.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations for rental spaces in the park are taken no earlier than 90 days prior to the event date, but no later than 21 days before the event date. All fees, proof of insurance and completed application forms are due 21 days before the event; otherwise, the event will be cancelled without a refund.
All reservations require an insurance certificate in the amount of $1 million general liability coverage and $2 million general aggregate coverage. An Additional Insured Endorsement naming “County of Los Angeles” as an additional insured is also required. Insurance may be purchased through a broker of your choice.
All reservations require a security deposit. Some reservations may require additional permits.

Stay overnight on our guest docks for up to seven nights within a 30-day period.
