ANNUAL SENIOR PARKING PASSES
NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, the Department’s main Administrative Office Building is CLOSED to public entrance.
Senior Parking Pass applications and payments MUST BE SUBMITTED BY POSTAL MAIL only.

This parking pass allows California residents who are at least 62 years of age to park at lots operated by the Department of Beaches and Harbors on non-holiday weekdays (during open hours Monday-Friday) and on non-holiday weekend mornings (at select lots) before 9 a.m. (More information below.)
- Age 62 and up
- Vehicle must be registered to applicant
- Must have California address
RESTRICTIONS:
- Pass is not valid on County holidays (on actual or observed dates). See list below.
- Pass is valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after receipt of application.
- RV’s or vehicles over 20 feet not permitted.
- All replacement passes cost $25.
- Citations for failure to comply with pass permissions or parking lot rules will not be waived.
- We are not responsible for permits lost in the mail. All purchases are final. NO REFUNDS.
- We reserve the right to revise the list of eligible parking lots at any time.
PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- A copy of your current California Driver’s License
- A copy of your current vehicle registration
- A completed “Annual Senior Parking Pass Application” form
- Payment of $25.00 per pass. At this time, we are only accepting checks. Please make checks payable to Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors.
