HOW TO APPEAL A PARKING CITATION

This form can be used only to appeal a Parking Citation given in a parking lot managed by the Department of Beaches and Harbors. All appeals must be mailed to the address on the form. No walk-in appeals will be accepted. This form cannot be used to appeal a parking citation from any other organization or agency. Please call 1-866-561-9744 for mailing information.
