Requests for Proposal (RFP)
The Los Angeles County (County) Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking to negotiate a new, up to 50-year, concession agreement with a qualified and experienced proposer to develop, manage and operate a new restaurant or mixed-use facility with a restaurant at 17300 Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272.
The Premises Site Visit for Proposers (optional, non-mandatory) will be held at this address on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 9 am till 11 am. Please reserve your attendance to Natasha Robinson at NRobinson@bh.lacounty.gov.
Proposer(s) and/or key personnel on Proposer’s team must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years successful experience in developing and operating a high-volume restaurant comparable to those located in the Westside communities of Los Angeles County with “Three-Diamond” or above ratings of the AAA Restaurant Diamond Rating Guidelines (i.e., “Trendy cuisine, skillfully prepared and served, with expanded beverage options, in an enhanced setting.”).
